Jeff Ponders II has built a career infusing innovation, creative strategy, and infectious energy across many industries. Over the past 15 years, he has led marketing and innovation strategy for leading brands such as Walmart, Campbell's, and General Motors. A veteran marketer, Jeff most recently served as VP, Director of Innovation for Leo Burnett.
Jeff maintains intimate engagement in the entrepreneurial community. In addition to launching two tech startups, he regularly advises entrepreneurs and growth-stage businesses on strategy, customer development, branding, marketing, and product development.
A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Jeff resides in Metro Detroit with his wife and 2 children. He performs regularly as a professional saxophonist and helps organizations unlock peak performance by through jazz-inspired innovation and creativity.
